AI Engineer
Role Summary:
As an AI Engineer at Xepho, you will build and integrate machine
learning and
generative AI
models to personalize learner journeys, automate instructor
workflows, and generate
intelligent insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement adaptive learning algorithms based on user learning styles.
- Integrate generative AI tools for content conversion and automation.
- Experience in the use of NLP and LLMs.
- Optimise data pipelines for training, inference, and feedback loops.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, NLP, and LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with Firebase, AWS Personalise, or similar ML ops platforms.
- Knowledge of recommendation systems, text-to-speech/video, and behavioural analytics.
- Ability to translate pedagogical theory into technical solutions.
UI/UX Designer
Role Summary:
As the UI/UX Designer for Xepho, you will craft an intuitive,
accessible, and adaptive experience across web and mobile
platforms. Your focus will be on simplifying complex AI features
into usable interfaces
Key Responsibilities:
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and final UI across desktop and mobile.
- Collaborate with AI/product teams to visualize learner paths, dashboards, and interactions.
- Build accessible interfaces (WCAG compliant) and personalised design
- Design flows for AI tutor/chat widgets, smart notes, content studios, and performance heatmaps.
- Run user tests and gather feedback to improve usability and engagement.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Experience with accessibility, responsive design, and micro-interaction prototyping.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning theories, and user psychology.
- Ability to translate AI-powered features into simple, intuitive UIs.
Backend Developer
Role Summary:
As a Backend Developer at Xepho, you will architect and build
robust, scalable services to support the AI-driven LMS platform,
including data ingestion, content processing, API integrations,
and tenant-specific deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop APIs for AI copilots, analytics, course generation, and user personalization.
- Build multitenant backend infrastructure with tenant isolation and feature toggles.
- Integrate external APIs for AI services.
- Design data models for learner behaviour, and feedback loops.
- Ensure system security, token management, and GDPR compliance.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Node.js, Python (FastAPI or Django), or Go.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Firebase, MongoDB, or similar.
- Experience with multitenant architectures and modular service design.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps tooling.
Frontend Developer – Web & Mobile App
Role Summary:
As a Frontend Developer, you will lead the development of
dynamic, personalized learner and instructor interfaces using
modern JavaScript frameworks. You will ensure seamless access to
AI-generated content, dashboards, and smart tools across
platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build responsive, mobile-ready components using React (Next.js) or Vue.
- Integrate frontends with backend AI APIs and real-time feedback systems.
- Implement learner-specific UI rendering based on profiles.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to bring mockups to life.
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and progressive enhancement.
Required Skills:
- Strong skills in React.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and modern web tooling.
- Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand) and GraphQL/REST APIs.
- Experience with LMS frontends, gamified UI, and mobile PWA/React Native.
